Jose Victor E. Lobrigo

The Parish Priest of Our Lady of the Gate Parish in Daraga, Albay, Father Jose Victor E. Lobrigo obtained his AB Philosophy and Languages at San Carlos Seminary, Makati City. Fr. Lobrigo has two Masteral Degrees: Pastoral Ministry, Loyola School of Theology, Ateneo de Manila University, and in Developmental Studies, Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands.

Father Lobrigo has pursued further graduate studies on Program for Development Managers, Asian Institute of Management, Makati City, Pre-Doctoral Graduate Student, Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He holds a diploma in Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation, Eastern Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, Virgina, United States of America, and conferred a Certificate on Peace Building in Multicultural Society, Mindanao Peace Institute, Davao City.

Father Lobrigo is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is the Chairman of the NEA Board of Administrators Audit and Governance Committees.
