Edita S. Bueno
EDITA S. BUENO is the Administrator of the National Electrification Administration. She joined the rural electrification movement right after graduating from college. She is therefore one one of the pioneers who became a homegrown expert and technocrat in rural development and corporate governance. She also excels in policy administration/management, arts/humanities and energy development and management. She is a Career Executive Service Officer, a distinction in rank conferred by the President of the Philippines.
She is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. She earned her degree in public administration, magna cum laude and has taken masteral units in the same field from the University of the Philippines. She is a member of the steering committee of the ADB initiated Energy of all Partnership.
